Welcome to DR&ND Detailing Services. By accessing our website and engaging our specialized preservation systems, you agree to the following terms, which are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

    1. Scope of Services: Surface Engineering Only

DR&ND is a specialized Surface Restoration and Preservation firm. Our services are strictly limited to aesthetic and protective treatments, including Gelcoat restoration, Marine Sealants, and Ceramic Coating applications.

EXCLUSION: We do not perform mechanical repairs, engine servicing, electrical work, or structural fiberglass/hull repairs. Engaging our services confirms your understanding that DR&ND is not a marine mechanic or shipyard.

    2. Technical Assessment & "Test Spot" Protocol

All final quotations are subject to a mandatory On-Site Technical Assessment.

    • The Test Spot is a diagnostic procedure used to determine the chemical response of the substrate.
    • Baseline prices provided via email or website are estimates. The final investment total will be confirmed only after the technical evaluation of the asset's current oxidation levels and surface integrity.

    3. Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability

In accordance with Florida's professional service standards, DR&ND is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing structural damage, delamination, or mechanical failures revealed during the cleaning or restoration process.
    • Damage resulting from previous improper chemical applications or untrained detailing attempts by third parties.
    • Normal wear and tear of aging marine assets that cannot be reversed by chemical restoration.

    4. Scheduling, Deposits & Cancellations

To respect the high-demand nature of our specialized technicians:

    • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure Priority Scheduling.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit or a rescheduling fee.

    5. Intellectual Property

All technical content, brand semantical structures, and "Before & After" diagnostic media produced by DR&ND are the protected intellectual property of the firm. Unauthorized use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

    6. Limitation of Liability

Under Florida law, DR&ND's total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
